The in-app surveys are only for NPS scoring, the segmentation is not very complex, and the engagement analytics are very superficial and basic, with no event tracking, session recording, or detailed funnel reporting.
Additionally, if you think like “Oh, these will be like bonuses beside the cool demo and Copilot features”, we have another piece of bad news for you, as all of these are different products that GetDemo sells subscriptions for separately.
So, you do not get in-app product guidance or Copilot together with the interactive demos. They are add-ons that cost extra.
❌ Reason #2: GetDemo does not come with a free trial or a freemium plan
Talking about GetDemo’s pricing plans, GetDemo does not have a transparent pricing strategy. ❌ Reason #3: GetDemo is a very Brazil-focused solution
While there’s nothing inherently wrong with serving the Brazilian market primarily, if you’re a multinational company or serve multiple locales, GetDemo’s specificity might start creating problems for you.
For example, there’s no information about easy localization for content on GetDemo’s website.
They also do not have security and compliance certifications you might need outside of Brazil. The company operates in compliance with the LGPD, the Brazilian data protection law, but it does not disclose any information about its compliance with other international regulations, such as the GDPR or SOC 2.
