AI Assistant is an AI-powered chatbot accessed through a widget in-app that delivers answers to questions by your users, leveraging sources you add (knowledge base, URLs, PDF files) and powered by OpenAI's GPT models.
A chat is defined as resolved only when the customer confirms that any answer provided is satisfactory or exits the conversation without requesting further assistance.
You are not charged for every interaction or message sent to the AI Assistant; you only pay for successful resolutions where the user confirms the assistance was effective.

Every UserGuiding account includes 50 free resolution credits upon creation to help you get started. You are only charged after these 50 free resolutions are exhausted.
Billing is based on completed resolutions, not for every message or interaction. The standard rate is $0.69 per completed resolutions.
