After our latest conquer with 57 new badges and #1 spots across 9 reports, we didn’t think there was much more we could accomplish with G2.
Today, we stand corrected.
This February, G2 revealed their Best Software Awards for 2025 🏆
Here’s a quick look:
Best Collaboration and Productivity Products: #40/50 - UserGuiding
G2 had 7,036 products listed as collaboration and productivity products, of which 2,431 products were eligible for the honors.
And yet, only the top 50 made it to the awards list.
This year, UserGuiding reached #40, right behind Zapier and passing tools like LinkedIn Premium and Microsoft Exchange.

Moreover, we were the only Digital Adoption Platform on the list!

Best Customer Service Software Products: #30/50 - UserGuiding
For this category, G2 had 3,453 total products listed, of which 1,230 were eligible.
Again, only the top 50 were listed as award winners.
This year, UserGuiding reached #30, right behind tools like Qualtrics and Hiver.

Again, we were the only Digital Adoption Platform listed in the top 50!

Highest Customer Satisfaction Products: #46/100 - UserGuiding
And lastly, the category that’s our pride and joy ✨
One of the biggest categories on G2 featuring almost the entire software catalog with 125,912 total products, of which 13,105 were eligible, only the top 100 were awarded.
And among that 100, we were #46, passing Jira, Notion, ChatGPT 🤯

Moreover, you guessed it, we were the only digital adoption platform on the 100 of this award as well!
