- Constant Need for Hand-Holding: Even if you know how to use the jQuery features and CSS (or think you’ve figured it out), WalkMe introduces other challenges along the way, and you end up requiring support.
Many users complain about their constant need for customer support while building materials.

- Steep Learning Curve: Beside its technicality, WalkMe has a steep learning curve for the features/capabilities, too. We’re not just talking about the coding bits, but the feature builders themselves.
WalkMe has a relatively self-explanatory UI with tidy menus and a logical layout. However, cracking the feature settings, creating logic-based flows, complex dynamic personalization… These require a long trial-and-error course.

- Hard to Manage with Product Updates: WalkMe is deeply integrated into your product, which means even the smallest update can break or disrupt WalkMe’s guidance and flows.
