  • Have more than 10 full-time employees
  • Be represented by a senior decision-maker (Director-level or above in Product or Design)
  • Show intent to subscribe within 60 days

When do I get the $250 gift card?

Once your referral completes a discovery call and meets the qualification criteria, we’ll send your prepaid gift card. No need to wait for the full deal to close.

What’s the 10% bonus about?

If your referral becomes a paying customer, you’ll earn an additional 10% of their deal value. This is paid separately after the deal closes.

Can I refer more than one company?

Referrals may be denied if they don’t meet the qualification criteria. For example, the company might not be a B2B software provider, may have fewer than 10 full-time employees, or the contact may not be a senior decision-maker in Product or Design. Additionally, if they show no clear interest in subscribing to UserGuiding within 60 days, the referral won’t be eligible for a reward.
