How to make a Slack channel private

You’re probably familiar with the messaging app Slack. Praised for its great approach to communication with a friendly interface and various integrations, Slack is used by thousands of businesses around the world. 

With so many features, however, it can be difficult to find your way around and figure out how to achieve certain things. 

Today, I’m showing you how to make a Slack channel private.  

How to make a Slack channel private?

1. Click on your profile picture 
2. Press on the three-dotted "more" icon 
3. Select "additional options" 
4. Click on "Change to a private channel" 
5. Select Change to Private 
6. Confirm
