UserGuiding doesn’t support native mobile apps at the moment, but your content can be displayed on all modern web browsers regardless of the device used. However, you will need to contact us for displaying your content on screens smaller than 800px, since we’re currently testing this feature.
Yes. UserGuiding has text support enabled for all languages and scripts available within modern browsers. You can create multilingual content such as guides, onboarding checklists, and a Net Promoter Survey and show them to their target audience. Check out our guide to learn more.
Yes, hosting on an EU server is optional at $50. If you don’t want your account hosted on a US server, you can request to switch your content to an EU server located in Frankfurt, Germany. Keep in mind that the switching process would cause data loss. Therefore, request it as soon as possible if it is necessary for you.
You can manage your Add-On Preferences within the UserGuiding Panel to purchase extra MAU, extra seats for team members, extra containers, and white-label branding. Check out this article to learn more about add-on management.
Of course! We understand that everyone wants to test out the functionality and the quality of the tool before subscribing. You can test the features of UserGuiding for 14-days to better understand how we can help you!
When you exceed your MAU quota, you can keep using the extension but your guides won’t work on the live website. No bad surprises regarding invoices of UserGuiding. If you want to increase your quota, please contact us.
Monthly Active User (MAU) is the total number of unique user IDs that login to your platform in any given month. We don’t charge you for dormant (idle) users who may be in your database but don’t log any activity during a given month. Check out this article for more info.
No, you don’t need to be a designer or developer to use UserGuiding. Our tool is easy to use and completely code-free.
Your end users can view the guides in all browsers without any installation or preparation. As a product/web application owner, you can create your interactive guides using Google Chrome and Chromium-based browsers such as Opera, Vivaldi, Edge, or Brave.
